MKE feed now combined and in stereo

The Milwaukee feeds have been combined and in stereo.

Left speaker will have all tower cab frequencies (Delivery, ground, local)
Right speaker will have all TRACON frequencies (Approach, departure)

I like your stereo approach. I may do the same with my Oakland, CA feed with
South Complex on the Left Channel and North Complex on the right channel.
