ZBW, HF Atlantic, and MA MilAir feed mountpoints renamed

I've moved the ZBW Misc, HF Atlantic, and MA MilAir feeds to new mountpoint names and updated the relevant listings.  They are not being fed from my main desktop system anymore. 

Old name -> New name
ma_area_milair_misc -> korh
zbw_test -> zbw_misc
atlantic -> hf_atlantic

Also, the ZBW Misc feed no longer has text tags on it.  When I come up with a viable Linux-based solution to speak the Uniden scanner protocol then it may return.
