Scanner Question
« on: April 12, 2008, 04:38:36 PM »
UNIDEN BEARCAT BC350C MOBILE POLICE-NASCAR SCANNER Item number: 300215538949

The above item is on eBay.  It says it's a Nascar scanner.  How is this different, if any, from a regular Uniden BC350C scanner.

Thanks for your assistance.

It's just a regular BC-350C.

Thanks Dave.  There seem to be a number of these available at low prices.

My aim is to get one and eventually have a live feed for KGTU - Georgetown, Texas Municipal Airport.   They recently installed an 85 foot tower, manned sunup to midnight.

Hello, if you could reply back to me ASAP and tell me how the feed for KGTU is going. I fly in and out of there and it would be nice to know what was going on on the comm's everyonce and awhile , its a very nice airport and I think that new tower is great.

Please read your email and the FAQs for the site.  We are not working on a feed for KGTU right now - feeds come primarily from volunteers and for the smaller airports this means it could take a while for afeed to ever show up.

So I'm not sure why you are asking "how the feed is going."  :-)

Or even why you need a reply "ASAP."  ;-)
