Archives might fail to exist for a number of possible reasons.  Currently archives are kept for 14 days, so the archive you want to retrieve may have expired.  If 14 days have not passed by, some possibilities are:

- the stream may not exist because the stream may have disconnected during the recording period
- there may have been a server problem during the recording period.
