(http://www.liveatc.net/images/iphone.jpg) The Apple iPhone (http://apple.com/iphone) is a multimedia smartphone that operates on GSM telephone networks and over WiFi networks.  The iPhone was announced by Apple on January 9, 2007 and was initially introduced in the United States on June 29, 2007.  It is now available in many countries around the world.
