Okay.. It took me a couple of times reading this to see that this was at Space Coast regional. I first read it as Space Ghost Regional Airport.

You can not imagine how many jokes I had lined up about this one.  :-P

Me thinks this is not related to the original story.  :)  No way an airliner of that size can land at Space Coast.  If they did it would have been a 'real' short field landing and doubt they would be able to take off again.  :-o

The only thing they have in common it the fact that there was a deer involved...different airport...different airplane...different phase of flight...so technically, yes, they are not related. But at the same time, they are similar...
