How soon might we see an app out for the Android phone and how much will it cost?

Some time in the next 30-45 days and it will likely cost the same as the iPhone app ($2.99).  There will be an announcement when it is out.

I actually has the Liveatc mobil beta version ooaded on my HTC ARIA from ATT and it worked well. The last few days I click on my bookmark and the complete LIVEATC website loads and I click on all the choices to listen to a particular feed and nothing happens. Help ?????? I had m.liveatc.net bookmarked and was able to browse by state and counrty and be able to click and listen. Secondly when I enter the ICAO 4 digit airport code there ius no enter or go button to direct to that feed. Help ?????

I have the HTC Evo, and I am able to get feeds to play for about 30 seconds or so before I get an error message, "Sorry, this video can not be played"...

Out of curiosity, will the app be able to reconnect to the feed when it would otherwise go out on mobile internet? When driving I can get whatever feed I want for tops of 15 minutes before losing the connection. It would be nice if the app could recognize when the feed was lost and reconnect.

For example I type in KMIA on the search box but there is no enter/go button on the page on my cell phone. When I do get the screen with the choices of ways to connect I pree Java and nothing happens I press Flash I get the load screen with the loading bar but that is all. I press the MP3 selection and I get a screen telling me I cannot play that type of file because my phone does not support the file.  I guess no one wants to help out or acknowledge this problem. Sorry

Download the app called "skyfire" in the Android or Windows mobile market. Once installed open the app and go to liveatc.net. select your airport. under the listen buttons select the first one that says "(in browser, requires Flash)". Once the new window within the browser opens you will see a green arrow pointing down. tap the green arrow and the in browser flash player will load. You may need to resfresh the player if you get a little stop or it looks like a do not enter symbol. I also recomend useing your charger. This does kill your battery fairly fast.

Alson when typeing your airport in after typeing the 3 or 4 letter code, hit enter on your on screen keyboard and the airport page will load. once again this is for the skyfire app.

any other viable options besides the Skyfire Browser ??? I tried skyfire already and found it to be very cumbersome on my droid and had to remove after it caused issues w/my phone .

I'm thinking a picnic.. download resco radio, or just wait for the liveatc app.
