I have a lot of expierence in Flight Simulator 2004 and Flight Simulator X. That looks like a complex manuever to get everyone to follow the pattern in order to get the look and feel right to get the point across.  However it could be done with teamspeak and Flight Simulator.  If you would like to talk more, PM me.

Hopefully we can show the people at IAD the dangers in having a setup like that.
