there is a sim called "Tower"

it's very good and has 3 different airports. 3d Views from tower cab, day/night, weather and some very real views of the KORD AND KIAD.

only bad thing about this sim is it won't work with voice ! I still give it 7/10

you can find it at www.atcbox.com and go to downloads you will need to sign up but this only takes two min's

its possible using vatsim's ARC client, where you have the radar and you can connect to the MSFS2004 to get a tower view. im not sure if anyone else has tried this, i found it works but its not the best view.

You don't have to register to download from this site.
