Are the servers still down?

Been having trouble connecting all week. I'm using Windows Media Player 11 and trying to connect to the alt URLs (e.g. - http://alt.liveatc.net/kphl_twr). But I constantly get :

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct."

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The alt server is back online as of late last night.  Those who are unable to connect via the usual "Listen" links can now again use the alternative port 80 connection.
