AT&T Tilt Phone Issues
« on: April 13, 2008, 04:32:39 PM »
Hi all :-D Does anyone else have this phone? I cannot seem to be able to pick up Live ATC audio feeds. When I download the file,The check box to open file is grayed out,And I cannot check it. I have downloaded real player to the phone. Thanks from Jim P.S., I clicked on the windows media player icon on your site, and my WM player comes up,Then i get an error message, cannot perform this function at this time.

No hands-on with this phone, but it appears to support both Real Player (according to your post) and Microsoft Mobile Media Player.

Try the following links directly in the players:

Real Player:     http://audio.liveatc.net:8012/kbos_twr.m3u
                      or
                      http://alt.liveatc.net/kbos_twr

Microsoft Mobile Media Player:  http://www.liveatc.net/get_asx_feed.php?mount=kbos_twr

Hope one of these helps.  It is likely that clicking directly on the site links from a web browser will not work for you.  Not sure how well that phone handles MIME types and correspond helper applications.

On my various previous phones I was never able to get Mobile Windows Media player to work with streams, Resco Radio was the only player I could get it to work with on my Windows Mobile device. I have a Blackberry and miss Resco Radio (too bad the Windows mobile phone was a piece of crap).
