First of all, congratulations for liveatc website.
Then, I used to download for mp3 archive. From a couple of months it's impossible to know the mp3 availability. You have to try each facility, day and hour before downloading. 6 months ago, we had a list sorted by facility, it was really good.
Other suggestion, may it possible to require an archive depending on the facility weather ?
e.g. I want an european airport with fog.
I can help you on this part if you need suppliers ...
