Over the last few years these forums have been very civil.  Recently a few participants have been less than civil and respectful to others.  We've been pretty tolerant of this, partly because I am a strong believer in free speech.  But the behavior has not gone unnoticed.  I feel confident that those of you know who you are.  If not, then go back and read your recent posts.  Then sit back and put yourself in the other guy's position.

If you can't say something constructive without pissing all over another member of this great community, be prepared to just be banned.  You might be given notice, you might not.  Those of you who really know me already know that I have a low tolerance for BS.  Life's too short to put up with it.

As much as I believe in free speech, I believe more in having this community survive and grow.  There are plenty of forums that tolerate this nonsense - go get your frustrations out in those forums.  It won't happen here.

Consider this fair notice.  And to those of you who contribute useful information here, thanks again for your valuable contributions.

Apparently some folks don't read - or don't listen.  Or both.

We've had to ban some users - and there's more to come if the behavior doesn't get better.

It's so ridiculous in such a great community that a few bad apples have to spoil things for the rest of the community.

Just to clarify, names of controllers should not be posted on this forum going forward.  Any names or questions pertaining to names posted will be edited out by dave or myself.
