Anyone see this?
  Germania airlines flight to Kosovo as it took off from Dusseldorf airport ,It is thought more than 200 starlings were sucked into the right engine on take off.

There is a big difference between a Starling and a Canadian Goose!  wink

At the same time, 200 birds into an engine...wow! At least they still had one powerplant functioning! USAirways had none. If the A320 had one of it's engines operating, it could have stayed airborne all day!

Glad all worked out ok and all are safe. Great pics!

They were "Canada Geese" not Canadian Geese. No proof/evidence that they came from Canada Wink

They were "Canada Geese" not Canadian Geese. No proof/evidence that they came from Canada Wink

For some reason, I've always called them Canadian...but right you are, the correct name for them is Canada Goose.  cheesy wink
