Yesterday I worked on the Boston feed for a few hours.  I reformatted the old Windows machine - which is now running Linux and one of the Delta 1010LT multi-channel sound cards.

I added a dedicated receiver for the Initial Departure and Lincoln Sectors (133.0 and 127.2, respectively).  The old Boston Approach feed (renamed to bos_app) covers 118.25 (Rockport Sector), 120.6 (Plymouth Sector), and 124.1 (South Satellite Sector, which more or less underlies the Plymouth Sector).

There is also an ACARS server running now which monitors 129.125 MHz.  This picks up most of the ground activity at Boston and includes things like ATIS retrieval and clearances - pretty cool to watch:

I also moved the zbw_dj feed to this location with the original receiver (set to no delays).  This is the receiver that covers the Atlantic high altitude Boston Center (and one New York Center) frequncies.  At this location it is a little closer to the ocean.
