A pilot returning from KSGU was landing his Cessna at KOGD, around 6pm local time, in fog. He clipped a power line upon approach, crashed into a neighborhood, which tore his aircraft into pieces and subsequently set three homes on fire.  The pilot was pulled from the wreckage, with burns on his hands and face, but he was alive and conscious.

This happened a few miles from my house, and is the third accident that has happened at the airport since 1999.

I tried grabbing the feed archive for KOGD, but apparently it is down.
