 Is Maycom FR100 scanner suitable to set up a feed ?

You can set up a feed with any scanner you wish!

I'm not sure, however, what the scanning capabilities of that particular scanner are so it may have to be one static frequency. Also, depending on distance from what you're scanning, you may need an external antenna.

I just looked at the owners manual for that radio. Should work fine for providing a feed.
