I have a question for all of you controllers... I was wondering if any of you, or anyone for that matter knew of a website that had a breakdown of the number of flights conducted daily and what percentage of those were airliners?

The question for the controllers is, estimating of course, how many of the flights that you handle on a daily basis are airliners vs. everything else.

Airline would not include corporate aviation or small air taxi ops.

This information would be FANTASTIC!

Thanks,

Might be a bit too detailed for what you're looking for, but I use the FAA Air Traffic Activity Data System to look up such statistics.  It takes but a few moments to get used to the java applet, but it's worth it.

I'm sure the answer would vary widely from one controller to another as well. Somebody working a high altitude center sector might handle 90% commercial airliners, while somebody working  tower at a small satellite airport would handle none.
