Since we now seem to have an open sky with Cuba with American Airlines now servicing various cities is there any plans or someone that will now put up Cuban Air Traffic Radios here on LIVEATC ?

I don't think that will be happening anytime soon. Some counties still make it illegal to use receivers to monitor aircrafts in their counties. This is why a free democratic country like England has no feeds.

Yeah...we won't see this any time soon.  There are also internet infrastructure issues that would make a feed unreliable, at best, even if it was allowed.
