Not sure what you mean by "RADAR frequency" But if ur just looking for scanner frequencies you should be able to get them off of the approach plates here... http://www.vatroc.org/english/charts/vhhh_new.htm

Also its ICAO Identifier is VHHH, so you could try and google search that.

I hope you have a REALLY tall antenna though.
