DTW feed and reception per freqencies
« on: June 01, 2010, 07:05:35 PM »
I was thinking of doing a DTW feed for quite some time now, but due to computer problems I can't seem to fix and lack of money.  I was thinking of selling my scanner to be quite honest.  I suppose I would need a better antenna to capture all-to-most transmissions from that frequency to set a feed on here, so I don't think it will happen.  But anyways, due to aircraft incoming and outgoing DTW within close proximity of the aircraft, and yet maybe 10 to 15 miles away from DTW you can pick up transmissions on 118.4 and 118.95(most popular I've found).  And, from my house though 118.4 is the best frequency it seems to tune into.
