At approximately 6:30 to 7:30 am Eastern Time on December 10, I heard a Untied Airlines flight contact Baltimore Tower and declare an emergency landing.  The pilot told the tower he had Washington Dulles in sight and was going to divert to there.  He was cleared by BWI to approach runway 1R to land.  After that he was switched to Dulles air frequencies to land.

Does anyone know about this flight and what happened to it? Is there any audio feed available of his approach and landing at Dulles?  If so, can you provide the location where I can find it.

There was a feeder that did a Dulles feed here on liveatc.net. However the feeder moved further away from IAD and the link was removed from the Class B feed list sometime last year.

I was there.  The aircraft reported smoke in the cockpit and declared an emergency.  The aircraft actually landed on 19L at IAD without incident.

You were there? So you saw it all? Prety cool, though not cool if you were one of the thrty three souls on board!  Did it land and stop on the runway? Full evacuation?? Didn't hear nothing about it on the news so I guess all was okay with everyone. Not too often you hear that on the freqencies.

I should have been more precise.  I saw it develop on radar from an adjacent ATC sector.
