It was sarcasm implying that you must have visited the school. Since normally people rant or talk about "their" school.

Listen to the KSFB feed and you'll hear lots of "echo romeo" traffic.   ;)

It would be great if there was a student of Embry-Riddle that could set up a ATC feed for the DAB area.  Especially since the campus is located adjacent to the airport and there are many avid listeners.  It's a very busy airport and would be very interesting to listen to ground, local, approach, etc..

Now that I'm thinking of it, I think it would be even better if the university could set up such a site.  It would allow students and ATC fans an opportunity to listen and learn about ATC/Pilot communications.

Perhaps, the students could recommend this to the university.

Any thoughts?

You'd think the ATC program there would be interested.  In fact separate feeds for App/Dep and LC/GC would be ideal.  I'm sure an institution as big and well funded as ERAU could afford a scanner, antenna, and dedicated PC with dual sound cards.

Well funded, their more than well funded. During the orientation they gave out shrip and chicken and pop and all sorts of food and had live entertainment. i was shocked!!! but it also cost 40,000 to go their (not including food or flight costs)
