Don't take everything you hear on the radio at face value. The notice is for GPS anomalies not magnetic ones. Also the center of the area is over 300 miles (at it's closest point) from the "bermuda triangle".

The FAA Notice issued was for routine GPS testing by the DOD which may cause signal degradation in those areas mentioned and depicted.  The notice makes no mention of magnetic interference or anomalies since GPS testing will not induce this type of phenomenon so I wouldn't expect any flying through that area at the date(s) and time(s) mentioned.
