Are there any places here I can listen to Nellis, Tonopha, & Nellis test range air traffic?

Here's a great resource to help you find feeds that you may be interested in:

Right now, I would say no.

It's even hard for us locals living here to hear anything on that. First off, most military comms are over UHF, not VHF, so one would need a dual-band  scanner to handle both types of frequencies.

Second, IIRC, outside of what is listed for the frequencies at KLSV and KTNX, the other frequencies used in the test ranges rotate on a daily basis. So what you might hear over UHF one day may not be in use over the next.

Third, it's a 4 hour drive from Vegas to Tonopah, (and another 30 miles to KTNX from Tonopah proper), and an hour and a half drive to KTXA. With there being absolutely nothing out in those areas, and scanners needing line of sight with the station to hear anything, nothing in the Vegas area would have the range to cover that.

The best one could get would be KLSV over VHF, which the frequencies for that are posted. I don't have good line of sight with LSV (I'm 3nm NW of VGT), so it would all boil down to who close to LSV or Sunrise Mountain/Frenchman's Peak that would like to put up a feed.
