I am getting browser crashes when listening to a feed using the flash player and firefox current version.  is this a known bug, or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Same here. Doesn't seem to be an issue with the Java player though, so if you don't want to use WMP or iTunes Java seems to be the way forward!

Appears to be a bug or memory leak in the Flash Player - may take a while to fix.  But I have seen this before, in isolated cases.  Hard to reproduce reliably.

What version of Firefox?  What operating system?

As you can imagine, there are a fair number of variables involved in tracking down a bug like this.   smiley

Thanks Bruce...typically I recommend people avoid IE except when necessary.  Except now!  smiley

Also, what version of Flash Player? 9.x?  10.x?  I assume you are on 10.x.something.

Go to any web page with a Flash Player (YouTube, etc.) then right-click on the player and select "About..." - that will display a page with the version number.

Try the update obviously, but not sure it will help.  This is apparently a frequent issue on Firefox.
