Nothing Like A 747!

I've seen this pic somewhere before. If I remember correctly, it is a father/daughter demonstration team. The father is flying the B737-400 and the daughter is flying the 737-200. It was for an airshow. I'll look thru my stuff...

Correction...the upper aircraft is a B737-300.

From "AIRWAYS" Dec 2008, page 7:

"AFRICA AEROSPACE & DEFENCE 2008: Believed to be a first for an event of this kind, South African Airways displayed a Boeing 737-200 (ZS-SIF) and 737-300 (ZS-SBB) in close formation at Cape Town, on September 20, to the delight of the 200,000 strong crowd. Captian Scully Levin and daughter Sally Bates flew the B737-200."

So I was slightly wrong...funny, it does not mention who flew the B737-300...LOL  tongue

Here are a few more pics to enjoy:

I'm glad this was validated, otherwise it would look like a Photoshop scam.

Those are awesome pics.  Maybe they can join the Thunderbirds or Blue Angels  grin
