Free Detailed Airport Diagrams
« on: September 02, 2005, 11:29:19 AM »
Hello everybody,
I have always used this site for airport diagrams. The FAA updates these diagrams every month and they don't cost anything since they are used for reference.

http://204.108.4.16/digital_tpp.asp?ver=0508&eff=8-4-2005&end=9-1-2005

You just enter your aiports ID. Ex - DFW, MSP, ... Once you do that, you can get all kinds of information, If you want just the a/p diagram you look for the "Airport Diagram" link and it will open up a PDF worksheet of the entire airport. See picture down below.

Anyone have similar sources for non-US airports?  I've only occasionally found personal simmer sites

good to know

I usually use www.airnav.com or www.fltplan.com for airport diagrams/approach plates (I prefer Jeppesen plates but if I don't have a particular airport's plate free is good :D)

airnav used the diagrams from the FAA, but you get more than just a diagram with them. I use them too.
