Gulfstream N173PA just landed safely at BTV after declaring an emergency shortly before 10am, reportedly due to a blown-out window while in flight. The aircraft was carrying 1.3C hazmat, defined to the best of my knowledge as explosive propellant-type material. Calm on frequency, probably a little hair raising for the pilots!
