HAVANNA CENTER FEED QUESTION
« on: October 12, 2015, 05:32:10 PM »
I was wondering where the radio is located for the Havanna Center feed ? It seems that if the radio is based in Cuba that the southern parts of the sector would be covered and have transmissions and you would hear handoffs to cenamer/kingston . It seems just the northern half of the sectors have only aircraft transmissions.

Thank You Dave, I was wondering why no controller was heard. I do know from firsthand while being in the Keys with my radio and car antenna that a good portion of Havana Center can be heard and at times I guess due to ducting sometimes you can hear the controller of the 135.1/124.55 sector as well. I was wondering if anyone in the MID-LOWER Keys would host the feed. Ultimately it would be a MASSIVE WIN if someone can out up a radio in Cuba itself. From my listenings in the Keys that you can hear handoffs from Havanna to Cenamer 124.3 on 124.55 and Prior Checkins to Kingston and Cayman APP.
