how i add CMB to live ATC

APP: 120.9 MHz (COLOMBO APP)
ATIS: 127.2 MHz
GND: 121.9 MHz (COLOMBO GND)
TWR: 118.7 MHz (COLOMBO TWR)  here

PLZ some admin tell me how can i add this to Live ATC
