Mic keyed open on KSMO

For the past two hours now there has been a mic keyed open on the KSMO channel (Santa Monica, CA).

I have come to the conclusion that this is not ATC at all but a streaming error. Still, I'm riveted to the channel because I can plainly hear birds chirping, some dude watching CNN (or something) and occasional snoring.

The feeder has already been notified - I will just make that feed disappear for the time being.

This feed appears to be working normally again. Can we make it reappear?
