i clicked on when they were cleaning up the debris, and couldn't get any info on what happened - it sounds like a 747 came in and landed on the edge of the runway and broke a bunch of lights, but have not found any more info than that.

i found the audio in the archive - it sounds like a lufthansa 747 ran over some taxiway lights and had them caught between the tires spreading debri all over the taxiways and the runway they crossed - I'm traveling, but once I get home I'll edit the audio down and post it.

"The Delta crew subsequently reported, that they saw tyre debris starting at the hold short line, two of the yellow flashing runway guard lights at the right side of the hold short line were missing.

The FAA reported, that the airplane ran over runway guard lights and blew two main gear tyres."
