KBUR Gnd/Tower/SOCAL -- weird interference

There's something strange going on with one of my favorite feeds, KBUR. It sounds like a stuck mic, but none of the controllers or pilots are complaining about it, so it must be an issue with the feed receiver.

I have noticed that on occasion.  It sounds like a stuck mic, but like you said, you never hear anyone complain about it.  It might just be some local interference.  Nothing has changed with the setup of this feed, so it's a bit of a mystery.  About the only thing I could do is lock out that channel.  It doesn't happen all the time though, so I am reluctant to lose a channel.
