Listening right now, winds 320 at 24, gusts 41.

Guess this is what pilots and controllers are paid for!

Yup, current METAR

KLAX 010253Z 34022G41KT

The wind must've knocked down the antenna or something because the feed appears to be down right  now.

Thats because power went out. About 10 minutes ago in Westchester. Looks like big outage.

Power back up.
Looks like the entire LAX Terminal complex went into the black, less tower and critical infrastructure.  Power was out to the terminals for 1 hour.

Everything back to normal now at LAX, winds seem to have lessened to mid teens now.

Yeah, I just posted it in the Feed Status forum.  The feed is down due to the power failure.  We can hope that the PC will restart itself once the power comes back, but it's been a couple of hours now, and it hasn't come back yet.  We haven't heard from the alarm company, so I assume the power is back by now.

I'll have my wife check on the PC in the morning if the feed hasn't come back by then.

Feed is back up.  The PC has been a bit cranky, but it finally came up again.
