I noticed while listening in on KTLH that JAX ARTCC LOW FREQUENCY OF 134.45 IS BEING SCANNED BUT NOT 134.3 . JAX ARTCC will switch back and forth between these two of operate on one specific. I believe it would be beneficial to include both low frequencies of 134.3 and 134.45 on this radio. Also notice that 128.075(HIGH) is being scanned as well and would help if 125.05 is thrown in as well.

I think it would be better to split the Center feed off on its own receiver.  Tallahassee Approach/Departure is pretty busy.  Adding yet another Center frequency will just increase channel contention.  So we'll look at separation instead.
