KTVC Feed is back up

I want to apologize for anyone that was trying to listen to the KTVC feed today.  We had a brief power outage that caused the freqs to reset to factory default causing the NOAA Wx freq to broadcast over Live ATC.  Will work on getting batteries soon.

I forgot to mention that we also programmed the scanner to delay on the busiest frequencies so as to allow a better chance for both sides of the conversation to be heard.
