Here's my take:

3.
ATC: ...9042 contact Radar 118.92. Report speed on first contact.
CSZ9042: Ah 118092, Shenzhen 9046. Good day.

5.
ATC: Shenzhen 9796 speed not greater than 280 knots.
CSZ9796: Speed 280 knots, Shenzhen 9796.

7.
ATC: ...thansa 739 on the SID, what level can you reach by Bekol?
DLH739: ...thousand feet.
ATC: Roger.

I'm just making up the pilot transmission.
Do you still remember what time did you recored this clip? If it's around 1-2pm (local) then it is likely to be Lufthansa.

8.
ATC: Cathay 736, Approach, good afternoon. Lima is current, runway 07L, descent to 8000 feet, QNH 1015.

17.
ATC: EVA 808 contact Radar 118.92 with your speed.
EVA808: ...8.92, EVA 808, report speed.

30.
ATC: ...Eastern 2901 standby for descent.
CES2901: Standby, China Eastern 290...

I'm no professional in this, but on my side, lowering the squelch a bit did increase the ability to receive more of the transmission from the start and also at the end.

37:Hong Kong6880 morning identified climb to 9000ft, after the right turn high speed approved. [it sounds like there's another word right after "right turn" and before high speed", but I can't make it out]

39. ATC: AirBridgeCargo139 when ready turn left to LINES, descent now to 3000ft.
Pilot: ready descent left, turning left to lines descend 3000ft AirBridgeCargo139.
ATC: AirBridgeCargo139 QNH1021.
Pilot:1021 AirBridgeCargo139.

Oh, so you got the audio from LiveATC.net. Sorry, I thought you used a scanner/receiver and recorded from there.

Anyway my take again for your latest request. Pretty much identical to sykocus's one.

37.
ATC: Hong Kong 680 morning, identified. Climb to 9000 feet, after the right turn on SID, high speed approved.

Like him, I can't be sure what the word is but I'm guessing it's SID.

39.
ATC: AirBridgeCargo 139, when ready, turn left to Limes, descent now to 3000 feet.
ABW139: When ready descent left turn...to the left, then to Limes. Err descend 3000 feet, AirBridgeCargo 139.
ATC: AirBridgeCargo 139 check QNH 1021.
ABW139: ...021, AirBridgeCargo 139.

I'm actually hearing the controller calling the plane as 129 instead of 139.

50: ATC:47 reduce speed, cleared direct at pilots discretion, when established contact tower 118.4 [that's what i could make out but it doesn't make a lot of sense. there should be more information in the controler's instructions]
Pilot: speed [sounds like the plane's callsign] .good morning sir.
ATC: good day!
56.pilot:Dragon 721 established 7R.
ATC: Dragon 721 roger continue minimum speed, two departure ahead, one rolling, one lining up. wind is 340 degrees at 8.
   Pilot: continuing[i think] Dragon 721.
57.Dragon 721 caution ____ program ________ fluctuation. aircraft in sensitive area. [the only thing i'm confident in is "aicraft in sensitive area." She's probably saying something like "expect localizer fluctuation, aircraft in sensitive area".]

Just to add on sykocus transcript,

50.
ATC: ...47 reduce speed, clear direct pilot discretion, when establish contact Tower South 118.4.
PAC947: ...speed for Polar 947. 18.4. Good morning sir.
ATC: Good day.

Maybe "clear direct" is in response to an early pilot request or something that was already mentioned early on.

56.
HDA721: Good morning. Dragon 721 establish er 7R.
ATC: Dragon 721 roger. Continue, minimum speed, two departure ahead, one rolling, one lining up. Wind is 340 degrees at 8.
HDA721: Reducing, Dragon 721.

57.
ATC: Dragon 721 caution threshold glide path in your com...fluctuation, aircraft in sensitive area.

I don't really understand the word right before glide path but I guess the best word to fit in is 'threshold'. May sound off a bit but I guess it's probably due to her accent.
