50: ATC:47 reduce speed, cleared direct at pilots discretion, when established contact tower 118.4 [that's what i could make out but it doesn't make a lot of sense. there should be more information in the controler's instructions]
Pilot: speed [sounds like the plane's callsign] .good morning sir.
ATC: good day!
56.pilot:Dragon 721 established 7R.
ATC: Dragon 721 roger continue minimum speed, two departure ahead, one rolling, one lining up. wind is 340 degrees at 8.
   Pilot: continuing[i think] Dragon 721.
57.Dragon 721 caution ____ program ________ fluctuation. aircraft in sensitive area. [the only thing i'm confident in is "aicraft in sensitive area." She's probably saying something like "expect localizer fluctuation, aircraft in sensitive area".]

Just to add on sykocus transcript,

50.
ATC: ...47 reduce speed, clear direct pilot discretion, when establish contact Tower South 118.4.
PAC947: ...speed for Polar 947. 18.4. Good morning sir.
ATC: Good day.

Maybe "clear direct" is in response to an early pilot request or something that was already mentioned early on.

56.
HDA721: Good morning. Dragon 721 establish er 7R.
ATC: Dragon 721 roger. Continue, minimum speed, two departure ahead, one rolling, one lining up. Wind is 340 degrees at 8.
HDA721: Reducing, Dragon 721.

57.
ATC: Dragon 721 caution threshold glide path in your com...fluctuation, aircraft in sensitive area.

I don't really understand the word right before glide path but I guess the best word to fit in is 'threshold'. May sound off a bit but I guess it's probably due to her accent.

Assuming that we interpreted it correctly to be "clear direct" instead of something else, this phrase means that the pilot is allowed to fly directly to somewhere whenever he like and according to his own judgment.

So what sykocus said regarding this was that an altitude or some sort of location should accompany with this phrase such as clear direct to 2000 feet or maybe in this case clear direct (to the intermediate fix) to intercept the localizer.

Not too sure on the pilot's transmission.

I don't about know internationally, but in the US direct is only used for navigation not altitude assignments. If a controller says cleared direct "ALPHA" the pilot is to fly the plane straight to the fix "ALPHA". By saying "cleared direct ALPHA at pilot's discretion" the controller is giving the pilot freedom to delay the turn until the pilot wants to.

Wow this was harder to interpret than all your previous ones. Hopefully others may be about to better understand those recordings.

102.
ATC: Cathay 708 ah now expect about 40 ah miles to touchdown and ah get ready to descent.
CPA708: (Contact?)...standby descent, Cathay 708.

105.
ATC: TransAsia 371, QNH 1015, descent to 3000 feet. Clear ILS approach runway 34, report establish. Early left turn approved.
TNA371: 1015, descent 3000 feet, clear for ILS runway 34 approach ah and report establish, the early turn is approved, Asia 373..01

108.
AMU106: Air Macau 106, ah request.
ATC: Go ahead.
AMU106: Part of flight plan, we have indication of lot of (level or waypoint?) at 310 enroute towards ah Pudong. Ah any chance we can ah request level 300?
ATC: Air Macau 106 this is Guangzhou restriction. Er today only flight level 310 is available for (over some crossing?). You may request er higher after Dotmi.
AMU106: It's ah...k (I'll just was trying to make sure.?)

111.
ATC: ? now current, temperature change 1023, report runway (change or damp?).

I was thinking - isn't 1023 the QNH instead of temperature. Anyway I'm not too sure for the whole of 111.
