Looking for ATC recordings...
« on: November 29, 2005, 02:35:34 PM »
Hi

Im looking for ATC recordings from Oakland center (the north sector from Colusa to Redding (132.2)) and from Norcal apporach (Northwest of Fresno and Fresno approach.

Im working on a decsion making study at the University of Oregon. In this study pilots fly a IFR flight scenarion using a PCATD flight sim. For realism I would like to add ATC "chatter" from these regions. If anyone has any ideas or recordings, I would appreciate the input.

Thanks

In general, but not always, the feeds that are listed are the feeds that we have archives for.  I do not see Norcal on the listing.   Please review the FAQ's for some answers to your questions.

I'm working on getting that NorCal feed up. We've had some bad weather come through for me to not get the antenna mounted on my roof. When it clears up, I'll give it a shot.

Putting up your antenna on the roof during storms....I keep thinking Bill Murry in Caddyshack 1 caddying during the lighting storm!

Sorry for the wandering post.

Good luck getting the feed up and running as I'm sure lots of people will enjoy!
