is it up?
In a word, no.
1) no-one in the Sunrise Mountain or Craig area close to LSV has volunteered to put up a LSV feed.
2) If someone did, unless they have a scanner that would support UHF and VHF, you'd only get half the conversations for the bulk of the traffic on a normal VHF scanner. so the only benefit would really come for approaches into runways 12L/R at VGT, and runway 7 departures.

If you're willing to volunteer, by all means, put up the feed. I'm sure we'll have interest then.
