New Flights Tokyo Haneda to LA and SFO

Looks like All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines will be offering flights to and from Tokyo Haneda to San Francisco and Los Angeles starting October 31, 2010. Current International flights operate out of Narita.

ANA will serve Los Angeles - http://www.japantoday.com/category/travel/view/ana-to-launch-5-international-routes-from-haneda

LiveATC has a Tokyo Haneda Airport feed.  :-)
