sorry if i have poor English.

i have interest to put on feed in Tegucigalpa Honduras,how works i know i need radio scanner? what kinda radio recommend to buy  cheap maybe old radio scanner

how i can connect to internet

However, you should check whether it is legal to redistribute ATC communications in your country; we don't like to see feeders in legal trouble.
