PDX Feeds Ready for testing
« on: November 28, 2006, 12:15:02 PM »
Friends,

It appears I have finally solved the cross-talk problem. The new split PDX feeds are up and running clean. I invite you to please tune in for a bit and offer your feedback. These feeds will replace the old single feed at http://www.thumper.net/atc.htm

Both feeds are running off a Scantenna from Grove through two Radio Shack Pro-2052 scanners. The antenna site is roof-top on a 2 1/2 story high building on a hill roughly 5000ft off the south end of runway 21. There is line-of-sight with most of the airport from the antenna, but the ground freq is still surprisingly weak.

Feed 1 - Portland Tower
http://audio.liveatc.net:8012/kpdx_twr.m3u
118.700
123.775
119.000
121.900
121.500

Feed 2 - Portland Approach
http://audio.liveatc.net:8012/kpdx_app.m3u
118.100
124.350
126.900

Delay is set on all frequencies.

I'm getting a 404 File not found  :-(

Hang in there, keep trying.  I for one can't wait until PDX is up

They should be up now, just noticed that server got cycled this morning for some unknown reason and the feeds are not set to auto-start on it right now.
