It seems like that the PHX ATCT controllers are having problems with 118.70 (north tower) frequency. They are now using the backup freq 133.70 to replace 118.70. As of now, my scanner is fixed on 118.70 because their is constant static going on becuase of their radio problems. I have added that new frequency to my scanner. Please exuse this as i'm sure they are working on it.  cry

Looks like they fixed the constant static problem now. Everything should be fixed.
