Something doesn't add up, I am guessing the caption is wrong...
or maybe it is hard to compare his other picture (https://www.learner.org/channel/workshops/nextmove/metaphor/airtraf.html)
with the one above due to camera angle ?

If you zoom in close enough on the tower pic into "boston john" it is in fact the same person in the article.
