Pilots blamed over crash

This would make you think what training the pilots had and also it shows how important maintanence is!

I also blame Indinesia's NTSC --- 154 RECURRING DEFECTS--- surely they should have steped in sooner and revoked the airlines licence.

Indonesia's safety record overall is one of the worst in the world, I dont know , this is me talking out load , but there seem's to be too many incidents in that area,is life so cheap to them or what?

Simple explanation: corruption. Promoting the incompetent because of business or family ties. Indonesia has money (oil) and the people are as smart as anywhere in the world, but if you create a social climate where competence and ethics are not rewarded, society goes downhill.
