is the cause of this accident officially terminated  as  ice in fuel system?  and  are crews put back into service ?   thanks .

AFAIK there is no final report yet. Investigation is concentrating on a block in the fuel system. So far crew reaction was deemed "appropriate for the situation".

Unless anyone knows otherwise, I thought the crews were more or less free to fly again as soon as they saw fit?
