Question on KMIA feed

I have frequently been coming to liveatc.net. I recently saw on the main site, that there was a new KMIA feed as of 10/23/06. The question I have about this feed is that even though it is marked as new, it doesn't ever seem to have come online, so if its never online, then how can it be a new feed?
