does anyone know what RCH or reach flights are ?

That would be the Air Force Air Mobility Command.  Their call sign is "Reach" and appears on the radar scopes as RCH.  You'll usually only see military transport aircraft associated with that call sign.

Just as an FYI: North American uses RCH (Reach) as they do a lot of troop transports. I see them crossing the zone here in Montreal quite often.

That is correct.  Since they were doing a troop transport flight, they would use the Reach call sign as they would be operating under the Air Mobility Command.  They're just using an airliner in this case since in the U.S., they can do that.
